Refund Policy

If a printable or guide isn't right for your family, email us within 14 days of purchase and we will refund it. Just tell us which product you bought and the email address on your account.

When a refund is issued, access to the file is removed from your library. Please delete any copies you have downloaded.

Bought the same product twice, or bought a single item and then the bundle? Email us and we will refund the duplicate in full — no time limit.

Contact us first — most issues are solved by opening the PDF in Adobe Acrobat Reader, which is required for the fillable form fields. If we can't get it working for you, we refund in full.

Email behomeschoolingsmart@gmail.com with your order email and the product name. We reply within 2 business days. Refunds are issued by Paddle, our payment processor, back to your original payment method and typically appear within 5–10 business days.
